Shredded & Smothered Fries
Ingredients
- 400g McCain Fast Fry Straight Cut Fries 10mm, deep fried
- 1 cup Bourbon BBQ sauce
- 100g shredded roast chicken
- 2 spring onions, 1 sliced lengthways, 1 chopped
- Black sesame seeds, toasted
Steps
- Toss the hot fries in half the Bourbon BBQ sauce and place on a large serve plate.
- Sprinkle with roast chicken, then dollop extra sauce on top.
- Finish with spring onions and black sesame seeds to serve.
