Winner Determination

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining a winner.

There will be one (1) winner determined in respect of this Competition.

Judging will take place on Friday 12 December 2025 at 2:00pm (AEDT) at the offices of the Promoter. A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review each Entry and will judge the entries based on creativity and originality to determine a winning Venue.

The most creative and original Entry that demonstrates how the Venue utilises McCain fries, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the winner and the Venue will win a prize (Winner).

In the event of a tie amongst winning entries, the judging panel will vote on the tied entries to determine the prize winner.

Prize

There is one (1) prize available.

The prize is a Truck Load of Fries* (valued up to $30,000) in the form of the Winner’s nominated McCain Foodservice fry product ranged with PFD Foods to be delivered across a 12-month period.

*The prize of a ‘Truck Load of Fries’ is based on a Medium Rigid truck with a capacity of 12 palettes of fries. The prize value has been determined by multiplying the number of palettes (12) x the average number of cartons of all McCain fries products per palette (44) x by the average list price of McCain fries as at 15 September 2025 ($56.79).

To receive the Prize, the Winner must add their desired quantities of nominated product to any PFD Foods orders placed for their Venue between 1 January to 31 December 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner will be able to order up to the Prize Pool value of its nominated McCain Foodservice fry product across the 12-month period. Any orders of the Winner’s nominated McCain Foodservice fry product above and beyond the Prize Pool value during the 12-month period will be at the Winner’s expense. Any remaining Prize at the end of the 12-month period will not be rolled over and will be forfeited.

Third party terms and conditions (such as those of the prize provider) may apply to the receipt of the Prize, including PFD Foods minimum order volumes.

Total Prize Pool

Up to $30,000 and subject to McCain Foodservice fry product selected

Winner Notification

The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter in writing via email to their nominated email address on their Entry and by phone within three (3) business days of judging with instructions on how to redeem the prize for their Venue.
