Terms and Conditions

  1. Only available to Foodservice operators in Australia and New Zealand. Not available to Foodservice distributors, or any consumers.  

  1. Offer may only be redeemed once per Foodservice operator (i.e. not a sample for each venue). 

  1. Offer commences 23 February 2026 and expires 30 June 2026 (unless withdrawn earlier). 

  1. Whether you receive either a free sample or Visa cash card is at McCain’s discretion, and we will inform you after you register your interest. The Visa cash card will be of equivalent value to the cost of your one carton purchase. Australian and New Zealand customers receive an electronic cash card. 

  1. To be eligible to receive a Visa cash card, you must provide a copy of a valid distributor invoice for the purchased carton within 60 days of purchase. The invoice must be in the name of your business (i.e. correct company name) and be of the eligible McCain product. The invoice must specify the date of purchase and distributor details (i.e. distributor name and ABN / Tax Number). All details must be clearly visible. McCain will not be obliged to send you a cash card if a correct and valid invoice is not submitted within the 60 day time period. 

  1. The Visa cash card is delivered approximately 8 weeks after you provide a correct and valid invoice to the email address provided in the Sample Request Form. 

  1. The Visa cash card is subject to additional terms:

  1. The address you provide in the form will be used for delivery of sample.
